A big advantage is that you can work out on your own schedule since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. We’re all busy. You don’t want to have to coordinate schedules with someone who trains in a gym across town, or rush to and from work to get to the gym.

We have all heard people say how they are too busy and they don’t have time to go to the gym, they should stop complaining and get themselves my program.

Your right though, online training is probably best suited for people who are a bit more advanced in their fitness, and just need an extra push and some guidance to get in shape.
