Welcome to Empowered Fitness UK. By booking, purchasing, or taking part in any of these services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them - they’re important, even if I've tried to keep them fun.
In short: I'll coach you properly, and you promise not to do anything silly.
1. What I Offer (The Good Stuff)
I provide:

In-person personal training (at a gym or agreed location)

Online personal training, including:
-
Structured online programmes
-
Live 1:1 sessions via video call (yes, you still have to work hard)

Nutrition programmes as optional add-ons (guidance only - more on that later)
All services are personalised using the information you give me. Please give honest answers - I'm good, but not yet a not mind reader!
2. Paperwork Before You Train (Yes, It’s Mandatory)
Before your first session, you must complete:

A PAR-Q / Health Questionnaire
-
A Client Contract / Agreement
No paperwork = no training.
3. Payments (The Boring, but Necessary Bit)

All services must be paid for in advance via website or approved payment provider.

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

Programme fees cover planning, coaching time, expertise, admin, and support - not just the hour you see me working alongside you.
-
Prices may have to increase in the future (ugh inflation), but once you’ve paid, your current programme price stays put.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling –I totally get that life happens. Just give me a heads-up.

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged in full.

Alarm failures, hangovers, and “I just couldn’t be bothered” do not count as valid reasons. Sorry.
5. Online Coaching & Video Call Sessions

Online PT may include live coaching via video call, programme delivery, check-ins, and support (depending on your package).

You are responsible for having:
-
A stable internet connection
-
Enough space to train safely
-
A camera angle where I can actually see you move
-

Once an online programme has started or been delivered, it is non-refundable.

Programme timeframes do not pause unless agreed in writing.
Yes, I can tell if you’re half-committed - even through a screen.
6. Come Prepared (This One’s On You)
For all sessions, whether in-person or online, you agree to arrive:

Wearing suitable training clothing
-
Wearing appropriate footwear (no flip-flops, sliders, or “walking boots”)
-
With water to stay hydrated
-
Ready to train on time
If you arrive unprepared or unsafe to train, the session may be shortened or cancelled and still counted as completed.
7. Nutrition Programmes (Important!)
Nutrition programmes are provided for educational and general guidance purposes only.

I am a certified nutritionist - not a medical professional
-
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
-
If you have medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting
Basically: I'll guide you - you’re responsible for your health.
8. Health, Safety & Responsibility
By taking part in these services, you confirm that:

You are medically fit to exercise or have received medical clearance
-
You understand that exercise carries inherent risk
-
You will train within your limits and follow coaching instructions
I am not responsible for injuries caused by:
-
Ignoring instructions
-
Not disclosing medical issues
-
Poor form during independent workouts
-
Ego lifting (seriously, stop)
9. Results (Let’s Be Honest)
I promise effort, knowledge, encouragement, and occasional tough love.
Your progress depends on:

Consistency
-
Effort
-
Lifestyle choices
-
Whether you actually follow the plan
I provide the tools - you have to use them.
10. Intellectual Property (Hands Off)
All training programmes, nutrition guides, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of Empowered Fitness UK.

Not to be shared, copied, sold, or posted online

Not even to “just help a mate out”

11. Ending Services Early
I reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client:

Behaves disrespectfully or inappropriately
-
Repeatedly ignores safety advice
-
Fails to make payments
-
Brings bad vibes, bad behaviour, or bad attitudes
We’re here for progress - not drama.
12. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Used only for coaching and communication
-
Never sold to third parties
